"I've been going to Dr. DeCastro for about 5 years. I have anxiety when I go to the dentiat from my childhood. My husband goes with me and holds my hand at every appointment. Dr. DeCastro understands my need to have that extra attention and it doesn't bother him at all. He doesn't speak much but will explain everything that needs to be done and that will be done on your visit. Light pressure when he is pulling teeth but no pain afterwards. I highly reccommend him. My husband is also a sastified patient of his. His staff is always great, helpful in anyway possible."

"I have never in my life wanted to give somone a negative 10 review before. We were sitting in the waiting room for over an hour and had we not asked for some water the woman would have never asked us if we had an appointment. We showed her the appointment card that she made out and said well i dont have u in the conputer so ur gonna have to come back. Mind you i have taken off work to be there and waisted more than an hour of my time sitting there. This woman had an attitude because of the questions we were asking then she kicked us out and called the police saying that we threatened her. Luckily the officer listened to both side and just wrote a report on the situation. I feel racially profiled the other patient that was there 45 min before us still wasnt seen and was told she didnt have an appointment. I wouldnt recommend anyone going here. They are rood and racist"

"If its your first time getting a tooth pulled this is not the dentist to go to, no bedside manner no empathy no explanation of the process no social skill’s nothing, if you are nervous or act as if you’re in pain you’ll be placed on the back burner while he moves on to the next patient. If you need a tooth pulled quick u better go in there head up and chest out n just take it otherwise you’ll be sitting there for over an hour while the numbness wears off. Poor time management as well, it was 2 other people whose appointments where at the same time as mine. Had i not been sitting there for so long hoping the numbness didn’t wear off before he returned so i wouldn’t have to be poked again with that super long needle i probably wouldn’t have noticed the stain on the chair in the room that looks like urine, the dust on the outdated equipment or the fact that the tools he was going to use were no longer sterile because not only was it below the waist it was left unattended for over an hour. So to prevent another gum infection from unsterile equipment i just left smh"

"Never had a bad experience and have gotten several extractions/ work done. Very flexible and quick to get in for teeth that are in pain."
