I have had a 90 minute massage two weeks ago and healing stone one today! I cannot recommend them enough! Lori is awesome along with everyone else! They also now offer memberships! I say pampering yourself is a must! Especially when you work full time and go to school full time!"

"Do yourself a favor and go visit Cassyl at this spa! She is hands down a master of massage. I had shooting "zingers" in my neck and shoulders from stress and she fixed me right up. She is super knowledgeable and gave me great advise on a massage plan that will get me back to my normal self. She is simply amazing. I also used the sauna room for a 30 minute session and would highly recommend that as well. Don't worry...it's a private sauna and SO relaxing just to slow down your life for a minute. From the minute you step into Ava Bella Day Spa until the moment you leave, everyone makes you feel right at home and the service is top notch! Enjoy!"
