"Adorable, simple, great services. My sister and I received the body polish treatment, and then manicures by Audrey. The body polish was delightful with light-medium massage work. The technicians were professional and friendly. The rooms were OK, could use a little TLC, but they were warm and inviting with relaxing spa music. I liked how my service provider observed that I was there to relax and only talked if I engaged - I SO appreciate this with spa services! Both women were very sweet and accommodating. Audrey gave us manicures and was sweet as pie, and very detailed. She was a treat to be around, a special person indeed. Our nails looked fabulous. The spa encountered a hiccup in scheduling but really made up for it in their services and pleasantries and we left with a lovely gift bag as their apologies. It was very much appreciated. Thank you Caracalla. I'll be back when I'm in town, and my local sister has found her go to spa!"
