Anna Eyebrow Threading & Nails

"Went to go get my eye lashes done yesterday she told me she had someone nails to do. I went back an hour and a half later she said she was still doing the person nails and had an appointment in at 7:20. no one else in the shop but the person nails she was doing which she had them under the lamp. It was 6:48. Well I had to use the restroom and started walking towards the bathroom she goes the bathroom is closed because I just cleaned it and it’s too close to closing time. So I said the shop doesn’t close until 8 and it’s 6:48. She looked up at me and rolled her eyes . I’ve been going to this same location for 9 years. She needs some help and they’ve tried to get her help but if she is as rude to the person she’s training as she is to customers I wouldn’t work there either. Also this is a walk-in place but she require appointments?! Maybe corporate should come down and help her!"

"I would not recommend going to this place. I went in for a service and at the end of my service the lady up-charged me for another service. She also tried to persuade me to get a service that I didn’t want and I had to tell her three times that I wanted just the service I originally came in for. She did a horrible job waxing my eyebrows and her breath was horrendous. I would save my money and go somewhere else."

"I went there on this past Friday and here it is Monday. I have 2 nails that are lifting. She skipped some steps! This is bad for business! This Lady need some help!!!"

"The older lady does a great job…. But she’s got a smart mouth and likes to argue with the clients and then talk about them to whoever is sitting in her chair !!! I came in there was 4 ladies in front of me , two ladies walked in after I did , a guy came I. She told him to come back at 230 (mind you it’s 150 at this time ) the. Two more ladies came In that also had an appointmentat 2pm I’ve never made a appointment in the past and I only go to her for one service every week it never changes … after waiting all this time she come to tell me that her 2 o’clock appointment is there and then she has a guy at 230 and then proceeded to tell me that the two ladies that walked in behind me are there for eyebrow appointment that my service takes too long. My service takes maybe five more minutes than eyebrow appointment dies and I told her well I was here before those two ladies so if anybody should have to leave it should be one of them and I get to be next. She said no no and I have to eat. I’ve been here since 10 AM and haven’t eat and I have all these appointments you take too long you’ll have to come back. Well I will never be back"
