"Best dental care I've had in a long time. I have extreme anxiety from dental trauma, and I felt the dentist and assistant were very compationate and accommodating. I'm only giving a 3 star because after expressing the pain levels in the past and need for stronger medication for aftercare, I feel gaslit and lied to as I was prescribed something basic that didn't help me at all. My husband was told by receptionists that was the strongest medication they could prescribe. If that was the case, I wish we were told upfront so I could have reached out to my doctor sooner. Thankfully, I work for my pcp and he was able to prescribe me what I needed before I was completely unnumb. I'm also glad i didn't have urgent care costs again on top of what i just paid. I'm very disappointed because I thought I found someone I'd get all my dental work from, but now I'm not sure because obviously this clinic does not care if I suffer in unbearable pain out of office."

"I normally do not give reviews, good or bad, but I am doing this because I want everyone to know that they can have a pleasant experience with THIS dental office! I have not had good experiences in the past with previous dentists and because so, I was nervous about going to see Dr. Swann for an emergency tooth issue. I had heard nothing but good things from people that had seen Dr. Swann at his previous clinic in Greenbrier so I decided I would try him. I am so glad I did! He was very caring and understanding about all of my concerns! He explained my options but did not try to sway me one way or the other and was more concerned about what I wanted rather than his bottom dollar! His staff was amazing as well! Not only did they get me in quickly but they made the whole experience very easy and comforting! I really can't say enough good things about them!"

"Dr. Swann made sure my teeth were taken care of, and was reassuring during the whole process. He got me in quick when my veneer fell out before the weekend and I was good to go for the holidays. I hope Dr. Swann plans to stay with Rock family dental."

"Receptionist very rude. After confirming my appointment at least three times leading up to the day of the appointment (twice via text reminder and once via phone call), they cancelled my appointment 30 minutes before and told me they had already filled the appointment time. Receptionist claimed they had called multiple times to confirm before appointment time before cancellation, but only received one call where they made no mention of cancellation. When asked by receptionist an alternative appointment time, I responded I’m not too sure yet as I planned for initial appointment time, receptionist hung-up the phone in the middle of me conveying this message. Love the actual Dentist (Dr. Ari) and dental assistants, but will most likely no longer get any of my dental services here based on the rudeness of these receptionist(s)."
