"Not impressed. No professionalism at all. Girls huddled talking, on the phone, eating at their station. The chair not comfortable, my cirkul bottle didn't even fit in the cup holder. The cuticles on my toes are still visible as well as my hands..Polish wasn't completely dry so it's messed up. Took 2 hours for what I thought was going to be relaxing. I'll post a picture if I can. I don't know if any, how many are certified. My tech didn't appear confident at what she was even doing. I'm really tired of wasting my money. 3 stars I think is more than reasonable for what I received today. 2 hours ladies."
