Love these ladies so much but the 2 times we have gone, I have asked that my daughters nails not be cut and we leave there with her in tears because her nails were cut down to nothing. And yesterday after spending $230 ($40 tip) we notice the color of dip on my daughter hands was completely wrong. The asked for gray to match her toes and was given navy blue. We couldn’t fully tell in the salon. They do such a rush job to push people through. Yes, very nice ladies but the quality of work is not up to par."
