VA Nails

"Very unsanitary! The lady next to me told me the man never cleaned the pedicure bowl from the last person. Smh, even when I got up he only cleaned it with the towel he used on my feet. No cleaning products at all. I hope I don’t get any fungal infection. He was also very rough and burned my feet with the hot water. Never going back."

"If I could give no stars, I would. I came in today to have a full set removed. Anywhere I’ve ever been they soak the nail off. I sit down and the man proceeds to pop off the acrylic nail by using a nail tip. There was visible discomfort yet he proceeded to continue to remove the nail that way. I stopped him and asked if he was going to pop them off or if we could soak them. He says soaking them takes too long (takes “like 30 minutes”) and that it will be $35 to soak off. It was $15 to have them popped off. I can pop them off myself if that’s what I wanted. The whole purpose of soaking them off is to preserve the nail bed. I’ve attached what my nail looked like after he popped the nail off. I am thoroughly disgusted with this nail shop and especially the staff. He didn’t care about how I felt and just walked over to the couch to kick his feet up. If you want someone who doesn’t care about nail health and how you feel during the process, then by all means this is the shop for you. If that’s not you then I would advise you find a different nail shop."

"I have been here 3 times recommended by my mom because I’m a doctor. I need nails that are going to last and look cute. These nails never disappoint they lasted a whole month not one fell off!! They also never lost their shine. My toes I got shellac and pedicure lasted 1 month could’ve went longer but my toenails grew to long. I make an appointment and they are always on time waiting for me. They are very professional, fast, and friendly. I would give 10 stars."

"I kind of got a mixed review I like how long my nails have lasted but my granddaughter's popped off within 5 days I paid little over $20 for her nails and a little bit more for mine they totally come to 70 or $80 because I had the cats eye. I have noticed that my index finger on my right hand is wider than my nail and I just don't know if I'll be back to this place. He acted like he was in too much of a hurry to get me done to get his regulars done first."
