"Kayla is the absolute best!!! She is on time, very professional, has a great personality, and I always walk out happy because my hair looks fantastic!"
"I saw Kayla for a blonde balayage off of a recommendation. I have gotten balayages in the past, but it had been about 5 years. I have never been unhappy with a color service before, but I was quite unhappy with the results of this one- to me, the highlights appeared an unflattering shade and were uneven, some parts of it were a lot lighter than other parts. She said I did not need a toner, which I found odd. I also found it odd that the appointment lasted way less than 3.5 hours (which is how long a balayage normally takes on my long hair) and that she used only a few foils. Normally, there’s like 30 foils in my hair for a balayage since my hair is thick and long. I expressed that I did not like the balayage and they did offer to fix it, but said it would be a quick fix. I tipped a generous $50, assuming it would be fine once they fixed it. However, once I got home and got a closer look at my hair, I realized it was a lot worse than I originally realized and that it would not be a quick fix at all. Not only were the highlights uneven in tone and color, they were also applied very unevenly. One half of my head had highlights starting at the root, the other half had them starting halfway down my head. Parts that had gotten really light— like white— were fried, and very damaged. On top of that, the next day the highlights faded into a horrible orange color. My natural hair color is brown with some blonde highlights— there is no natural red in my hair. I did not add any products or even wash my hair with shampoo to cause this orange. In the fourth picture, you can see my natural base color next to the orange. The last picture shows the damaged white streaks (there were 2 big ones). I scheduled an appointment at another salon because I wanted a second opinion before I reached out for a refund. The soonest I could schedule was 2 weeks later. The stylist there confirmed that this was a very poorly applied balayage and expressed shock at just how bad it was. It took him 3.5 hours to even out the highlights and parts of my hair needed to be cut out due to them being so damaged from the previous application. A day after I got my hair fixed, I reached out to Kayla for a refund. She didn’t reply to my message. Anyway, here are the pictures so anyone reading this can determine for themselves if they think this was a properly applied blonde balayage or not."
"Sherry Rocke has been my stylist for many years. I've followed her everywhere because she understands my hair and always makes me look the best! She outdid herself on Saturday. She added a hair piece, extensions and a crown for my wedding. Thank you for making my hair look fantastic."
"Amber Jett is the best! Whether you just need a quick trim or you want a brand new style, she will work with you to achieve your dreams. I trust her completely with my hair and she's done wonders for it. From dry and frizzy dull color to gorgeous color and beautiful shine, and an awesome new style, Amber is the absolutely amazing."
"When I came in for my hair appointment, nobody knew who I was. The person on the phone never took my name or my phone number so I had to wait on someone to figure out who I had an appointment with. When I sat down for my appointment, I told the lady exactly what I wanted. She had something else in mind, but I told her no, to just keep it the way it is but give my hair a simple trim. Instead, she only heard what she wanted to hear and changed my hairstyle completely, after I specifically told her not to. I ended up paying for a $60 haircut that I didn't even want. I will not go back to this salon."
