"I hate my nails I paid $60 and my nails were so flat that they curved upwards. No apex. She lost her touch along time ago. I'm ashamed to tell people I paid that much for them. They eyebrows are good but I will never ever ever get my nails done here. Listen to me and save your money bc it's lazy work for a stupid price. My friend paid $85 for some short square nails that are bulky and bumpy AF and she got them for her birthday and the gel already came off after 2 days. And she will not give you your money back she just tries to fix it. She outta there"
"Silky Nails has the best customer service their quick and very professional. I’m a very happy customer!"
"i don’t even write bad reviews but this was needed. Very unprofessional and unsanitary! Not going back nor would i recommend this shop to anyone. The man who completed my nails intoxicated, the lady wasn’t wearing any shoes, and there was nats flying around. (i was thirsty to get my nails done, i should’ve waited) The man took a hour and 30 mins on GEL NAILS. white plain gel nails & made them super chunky and ugly."
"Low quality for an expensive price.. that’s what I get for cheating on my nail tech. I went here as a last minute resort & I regret it. I paid 87 + the $2 CC transaction fee to have a full set + plus toe polish with shallac. I usually pay $70-80. Not only that the older woman who did my nails did them bulky. The acrylic was applied lumpy & when she painted my nails the coat was uneven. Another young lady had to fix them which took more time. I went on a Friday. Here it is Wed the following week & they’re popping off like press on’s. I paid $89 for nails that didn’t last four days. Do you think they offered a refund when I expressed my dissatisfaction? No! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE IT WILL NOT BE WORTH IT. You can see how uneven the acrylic & nail coating is. My fingernails show how they just popped off. You shouldn’t be able to pop off acrylic nails four days after getting them done. ** No complaints about my toes bc the young lady who fixed my nails painted my toes** **I would recommend the young lady if you’re getting toes done, other than that-NO**"
