"This is was worst nail shop experience I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve been getting my nails done for 20 years. I should have known when I walked in the shop and no one was there. Lina (the nail tech) was rude, she did my nails and didn’t acknowledge me at all. She slammed things and my nails look like a first grader did them. I asked for the owner and she claimed that he wasn’t there and his name is John. I’m definitely going back to speak with him and show him what type of work his workers are doing. Just look at the pictures and you will see how horrible my nails look. This was a waste of time and money!"

"The pedicure was fine but within a few days my nails started to come off. A few days ago I had one nail out one free of charge but now the rest are coming off. It hasn’t even been two weeks. I have never had nails lift and come off this easily. The lady that did my nails pretty much ignored you when you talked to her as well."

"I went to COBE Nails on Christmas Eve. The lady removed a full set, waxed my eyebrows and did a new set. When she was removing my old nails i keep telling her it was hurting. My pinky ended up with a thin layer of nail left and you could see it was bleeding underneath it. She never said sorry. She proceeded to do my nails and said it will be okay. Once she finished everything looked good. I gave her a tip. 4 days later my nails was lifting and looking really old underneath. I went back .. clearly upset because my nails looked horrible. She redid them. No charge, but she would respond to me and she kept ignoring me. I was so irritated. At the end i told her i appreciated the work she did. Even told her I’ll be bring my wedding party back to get our nails done. Once again 4 days later my nails looked horrible. Acrylic nails with gel nail polish. Another woman waxed my eyebrows and did a amazing job."

"The nail tech was friendly, professional, treated me like a valued client, I didn’t feel rushed or anything. She took her time during my pedi and also did my acrylic nails the way I wanted them done. I would definitely recommend trying them."
