"They’re terrible and money hungry people. I called to get a SHAPE-UP and the lady who answered stated that they were busy. Cool; that’s no big deal. My brother called less than 5 minutes later to ask if his girlfriend could come in for a full set and they said for him to come on. It seems as if they were only willing to do a service if you were paying a certain amount of money. I called to discuss this with the owner and she hung up in my face. It’s bad because I’ve been going to this establishment for over THREE years and they treat their customers like that. I will never step foot in there again and I’ll never refer anyone either. Please learn how to properly treat your customers and not make everything about money. Sucks because the quality was pretty decent at least from the one lady I was going to."

"The receptionist was extremely rude and has absolutely no interest in customer service. We tried to explain to the technician what we wanted but he could not understand and when we expressed this to another staff member in order to help she said “why you don’t tell him this…(laughed)…well it too late now…(continues laughing)…maybe next time” and shrugged her shoulders saying byee. The technician was nice and did a decent job on my nails but based on the experience my mom had for her first time getting her nails done with me WE WILL NEVER COME BACK."

"Asked for long rectangle nails. she cut me off and told me I wanted almond shape. I said no not almond, more straight. even though I tried to speak up three different times to ask her to correct my nail shape, she completely ignored me and just told me the color was good."

"Had a horrible experience going to get a trial run for wedding nails. Last picture is what I asked for and the lady said she could do it. My nails were extremely long and the white of the French tip looked very thick and unnatural. Not only did it not look like my inspiration picture but the sides of my nails started to peel after only 1 week. The pinks of the nails also have bubbles in them and they were super thick which I’ve never experienced with French tip from any salon I’ve been to. Very disappointed and will not be returning after spending $70 on poor quality. Tried explaining this to the front receptionist and she acted like she never saw anything wrong, poor customer service on their part and not willing to make the customer happy. It’s unfortunate."

"From the time you walk in, it's a wonderful experience. I got a pedicure with hot Wax, a manicure with nail design, and my eyebrows waxed. I just showed the lady a picture of the nails I wanted and she did exactly that, if not better! Picture of my nails!"
