"I asked for very simple services. French tip with the exact same base color for my nails and toes as well as an eyelash lift. My nails and toes are totally two different colors. The French tip is so uneven. Im unable to scratch; the nails are extremely dull. I was unable to get the eyelash lift that was confirmed because the product was dried out. I’m very unhappy and I’m not satisfied, this is not professional work. A complete waste of my time. I will not be back for any services at all."
"The gentleman who did my nails for my wedding was so sweet and did not rush. He helped me pick a white dip with chrome. Not to mention my nails have lasted over a month! We’ve been so busy after getting married and the holidays that I had not realized until today how long it held up (without getting stuck in my hair), and I needed to finally get something done to them. Great job! Photo is today 12/28 and a few days after I got them done somewhere between 11/24-11/30"
"Recently I was in Little Rock because my mom had to be air lifted to UAMS and I took a break from being at the hospital all day for DAYS…. Found this nail shop and got my pedicure which was $55 and I loved it! Then went on to get my nails done and when she was done (which I already didn’t like them I just hate being “that customer”) we went to the register and she told me my total was $160 plus the card charge it came out to $172.01 to be exact and I almost choked!!!! I have never paid that much for nails and especially nails I did not like!! I called them and the owner set me an appointment to go back the next day and get them fixed and when I did I got them cut down still very unhappy and the nail tech proceeds to tell me the owner wanted to charger me more and also the nail tech had NO INTENTIONS of giving me some type of refund or just working with me!! I will never recommend this place and I came into the nail shop already going through a lot and I came out feeling worse than I walked in that I just went to my car and cried!!!!!"
"I got my nails done by Eric and honestly, he's now set my expectations high. This was my first time going here and doing ombré nails. I've always been scared to do designs because previous nail salons never did a good job. My nails looked great and I will continue my business at Cherish Nails & Spa! Everyone there was nice and hospitable."
"There is no way that the reviews prior are based on the current management/staff because my experience just yesterday was terrible. From start to finish, the service was less than. Upon arrival & initially stepping foot into the establishment, no one greeted us. It was many moments later that one of the manicurist working asked if we had an appointment (in which we did). My spouse & I were then told to sit in the pedicure spa chairs, where we then waited quite some time before the pedicurists came to even being setting up our services. *I'd be remiss if I did not acknowledge Hannah's great service for my spouse - she did quality work.* However, my entire process (a regular pedicure & nail tip removal on my hands) took entirely too long. There was only one employee (Sadie) working on me, so waiting for her to finish (lackluster manner at best) one service before moving on to the next was a true inconvenience - especially when it appeared as if ample employees were available. My pedicure resulted in old polish still being left on and clumpy coats of new polish applied. In working on my hands, she nicked/burned my skin more than once with the electric drill while trying to remove the nail tips. Salon owner, Sophia finally jumped in to assist (after my request for it) but it's more than evident that the majority of Cherish's employees are amateurs with little to no formal training. This was my first and last time patronizing Cherish and I'd encourage all others seeking professional nail services in Little Rock to look elsewhere."
