"Best nails i’ve ever had !! great people and great service. Anna did my nails and they’re what i wanted and more."
"I loved four conscience of booking online, however, my appointment wasn’t what I technically booked. I booked a full set with James and any staff to do my toes. Kim did my toes and did an amazing job. Her customer service was amazing. However, I asked for a classic pedicure on my toes and I was charged for a spy one but I’m not mad about that because like I said she did an amazing job. Anna did my nails, and for what I quoted it on on the booking app my nails should’ve been lower however the total came out to $190 for everything Which was so crazy because I was going to tip them so I’m not sure if they upped my services because they assumed they weren’t gonna get a tip. I don’t know but I would say give it your own try to see how it goes. Overall although Anna’s customer service could’ve been better and the whole process Was a little bit more organized I would’ve loved it even more I do like my nails."
"I've been going here for a few months. I am never disappointed. These Vday nails they did today are super cute! Ask for Jenny. She'll treat you right."
"I don’t think there needs to be much explanation if you look at the photos. I had my nails done on Thursday for my daughter’s wedding weekend. By Friday morning I had nails that were popping off while simply brushing my hair. The photos I have attached here after I had already had to glue back on three other nails. With it being wedding weekend there was zero time to go back to the nail salon until this afternoon, Sunday. I do not live locally and I live four hours away. I am on my way back home this afternoon. I stopped at the nail salon and very kindly started the conversation to request a refund for my nails. I have been having my nails done for over 25 years and I’m well aware of how nails should stay and last. I usually can make it three weeks to a month between having my nails done. This was absolutely the worst nails I have ever had done. They refused to give me a refund and we’re only willing to give me credit. Again I live four hours away, and do not plan to drive four hours to have my nails redone and reuse the credit. I even asked them to call their owner when they refused to give me a refund. They refused. This was a very special time and weekend for the life of our family as our daughter got married. Having to worry about a nail popping off the entire time was very aggravating. I would never recommend this salon to anyone and I’m very disappointed in their service."
"I rarely leave reviews, but my recent visit to this nail salon was so horrendous that I feel compelled to share my experience. The service was abysmal from start to finish. An inexperienced girl with zero expertise handled my acrylic nails, attaching them without consulting me and shaping them poorly. Despite requesting square nails, the shaping was a disaster. The technician proceeded to apply dipping powder and, inexplicably, used an electric driller, resulting in three nails with drilled flesh and uneven 3mm thickness. When I insisted on stopping, I was told there would be an extra $20 charge for nail removal or an attempt to fix them. After a 10-minute attempt to salvage the situation, the original technician resumed. I opted for a simple design, maroon for eight nails and two golden nails with a leaf motif. The execution, however, was far from my expectations. To top it off, the salon charged me a staggering $75 for a service that typically costs $40 for a full set of acrylic colored nails. Despite my dissatisfaction, I chose not to argue and silently paid, making this the worst salon experience I've ever had. In summary, avoid this salon at all costs. The lack of skill, professionalism, and adherence to customer preferences resulted in a truly terrible experience."
