"Extremely poor management. They used to have fun.. helpful staff that always greeted you with smiles and an offer of help. The new staff just glances your way while hanging out with friends at the register. You feel like you are interrupting their gossip session when you want to check out. It’s incredibly awkward and unprofessional."
"Very rude staff, the last 6 months almost every employee but 2 that were there longer then 6 months or a year quit because they couldnt stand having a manager being drunk at work. The manager was caught drinking continuously by all these employees as well and most of the people in green valley won't even go there anymore do to the horribly rude manager. One of the managers close freinds even worked one day from 9 to 5 and when they left work they got called in at 530 for driving recklessly and the cop showed up to his house and he blew around a .24 triple the limit, so he was obviously drinking alll day at work, but the managers freind so it was ok. I highly recommend going to tall grass if you care at all about price or customer service, until new management takes over, the place Is not gonna make it with the current one."
