"Stopped in the office 2 months go to see what they had to offer and maybe get an estimate. We selected a countertop material but were told it could be a week or more before John could get over for an estimate. About 2 weeks later John called after noon and left a message that he wanted to come over that afternoon. I returned the call but John did not answer and did not return my call I called again later that afternoon and left another message. Again, he did not answer and did not return my call. I called again the next morning with same results. Four weeks ago I called the office and asked if I was going to get an estimate for the countertop we wanted. After putting me on hold and consulting with John, the lady who answered told me I was "next on the list". To date, we have not received call to arrange the estimate. Either that was said only to appease me or "Top That" is no longer doing estimates. In either case, no reason to pursue trying to do business with them. Apparently a well respected supplier with good reviews in past years. Sad when success and workload leads to such poor customer service."

"We had two great experiences with Top That back in 2010 and again in 2016. Super responsive, quality craftsmanship and fair price. But as with many things in the post-Covid world, the customer service and responsiveness have tanked to a shockingly low level. Since mid September, we have called FOUR, FOUR times to schedule a service call to measure the countertops in expectation of getting the fabrication underway while we are on travel in late October.: 6 week lead time. The last call was one week ago, during which we were told by the front office that the owner had been on holiday, was now back and she would speak with him to confirm his availability and call us back right away. I confirmed she had the number and oh yes, oh yes, she did and absolutely, absolutely will call back. So ???? It is now, as of today, one full week later, after 4 phone calls spanning a month. What are customers to conclude from such negligence and lack of response? If they can't do it, we sure wish she would have simply said as much, or at least called back and extended the courtesy of a phone call. To think we are expected to call a fifth time is just so over the Top, that we refuse to do it again. So disappointing to have to start all over with a new relationship with a new vendor. Stop by, hopefully better service awaits. Don't waste your time with the phone! Worthless and frustrating."

"We had a great experience with John at Top That. He came out to the house to measure and once we picked out the counter top we wanted, gave us an estimate. He answered all our questions and even called to change the date to install due to rain. We ended up with the counters early! We highly recommend this shop."
