"Very disappointed today! I’m a regular at this Great Clips! I leave at least a 5$ tip every time, most of the time 10$! I was running behind today! So it was 440 before I got to the store! Plenty of time for a quick trim ! I get my hair cut every 2 weeks so it’s usually quick,fast ,in and out 5 mins maybe 7 if the take there time! There was a chair open but her excuses was she was to tired to cut my hair! Now I get coming in at the last min but your a business! With all the tips I’ve given and the amount of money I’ve spent at this place you would think the would have some loyalty! I will be finding a new place to cut my hair! That just left a bad taste in my mouth ! Plus on top of that there is only 2 people there that can cut hair good!"

"Anti-veteran establishment. I always got a veteran discount at great clips in Georgia and any other location. I got a hair cut here and was told at the counter that they only give a discount to active duty military. I told them I just moved from Georgia and every location had me in there system as veteran discount status. Three of them at the counter said we'll this is arkansas not Georgia. They were nasty about it. On top of that I got a butcher job and the stylists was nasty . Stay away ."
