"My wife went in yesterday for her 85.00 consult. They told her 4 wisdom teeth removed and it would be 970.00 AFTER her insurance. She is double covered through my insurance and they told her that we would have to pay the 970.00 out of pocket and get reimbursed by my insurance. Thank god we decided to get a second opinion today! Only 2 actually need to come out and it’s only going to cost 275.00 and the only reason it’s that high is because insurance already paid for X-rays yesterday so we had to pay 110.00 for the X-rays. Smart money would be to take your business elsewhere."

"I called for an emergency visit as I live out of town on the east coast. Dr Neil got me in the same day and treated me. I’ve never seen a happier staff. Ol’ doc slammed me in the chair fixed me right up! I have a new dentist! He was gentle and understanding of the pain I was experiencing and I was amazed how quickly he found the problem and corrected it. I have a new dentist now you should to!"

"Very competent and solid technical skills, but my overall impression is production-line, get-it-done-quick, dentistry for maximum revenue. Neil can be arrogant and overbearing. He pressured me to get costly work done that I really can't afford, and he was so unpleasant about it that I went elsewhere. And my new dentist is kind and respectful."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor himself was very confident, almost cocky, but in a way that made me feel comfortable with his ability and knowledge. He seemed somewhat condescending about the state of my dental health, which is unfortunately quite poor. I liken it to a regular doctor being pushy about quitting smoking. I've read several reviews stating how he's rude and pushy, but I believe that's just his "style." I found it amusing more so than offensive. Once I made it clear and specific what I was wanting, the sales pitches stopped and they got right down to business. He's the "Dr. House of dentistry." I will definitely be returning for the several procedures he recommended when my finances permit it."
