"Dec 18th my sister has a permanent crown put on. By Tues evening she was having problems with shooting pain through her face causing migraine headaches. She called Wed to see about getting back in because she knew something wasn't right. She doesn't have any kind of immune system due to other health issues so she knew she needed to contact them right away. They refused to see her told her she hasn't given it time to heal and she can call back after the holidays. So my sister had to get through the holidays in pain couldn't eat etc. Holidays pass she's having even more issues now with swollen roof of her mouth, pain, infection etc she called them again and they still refused to see her. Telling her he's going to be out of town next week but still wouldn't see her. She ended up having to go to her regular PCP to get help and come to find out she's got a really bad infection had to get a shot in the rear and oral antibiotics. Since when is it ok for a dentist to do work on someone and not see a patient that is complaining of serious pain and swelling AFTER they have done work on the patient?"
