"New owners, I will attempt to get new set on and will update my review accordingly. Today is 2/16/24 This review was over 7 months ago: I walked in to an empty salon. I should have known. Man asked me what I wanted and then pointed to a chair. I asked him to soak my nails off, he said it takes too long and pried my nails off. After he glued my tips I noticed they were angled upwards so I asked him why they were this way. He immediately told me that's how coffin nails look. I said I've never seen this before. He grabbed nail clippers and went to take my nails off and said he's been doing nails for 35 years. The lady said I question what he does and I should leave. I asked if he wanted me to leave, he said "yes, you're crazy. You act like I don't know what I'm doing so leave." I began to laugh because this was so absurd. 2 customers came in and I could see the surprise on their faces during this exchange. Very rude. Just an angry demeanor. Please spare yourself the headache. I posted 2 pics"

"I moved here from out of state. Due to the bad reviews I was nervous about coming here to get my nails done. I been coming over here for 2 years but recently I encountered a bad experience. I came for a pedicure and the wife said something about she didn’t have the clear coating for regular polish. Ok I understand company’s sometimes run out of products but if you only have the products for the more expensive service (gel polish) you offer what you have and don’t charge the extra price. After asking for the charge for gel it would be a 10 dollar difference. I have no issue paying more when the service are worth it. But I would never pay 50 for a pedicure by the wife because she don’t do a good job at all. The husband does a great job on my nails and I always give a tip for the service I receive. But after the attitude the wife had with me I’ll never return to your place of business for anything. You lost a good customer because I will never pay for your rude service again. It’s not my fault you didn’t have all your products. Walmart across street why you don’t have no clear coating girl bye."
