"I am a previous patient with Dr. Matone. Dr. Matone was fantastic. I called today April 8, 2022 and spoke with Tracy Moss. I don't know if she was having a bad day, she was very rude to me. She would not let me speak. I am very disappointed. I have different Insurance now. I am unemployed and she was very rude and said to me that the working world Insurance is different. I have worked my entire life. I will not be treated the way she spoke to me. This is very disturbing for a employee to treat a customer/patient with rude ugliness!"
