"Well, I only got an exam, but it was worth 5 stars. Why? Because Dr Gaston could have easily just gave me the root canal I was sent in to be evaluated for, but he looked the 2 teeth in question over and said no need for a root canal. He could have easily performed the procedure and collected the money. Thats what I call honest integrity. BTW, every single staff member here was friendly, welcoming, and very professional. I've never had a root canal, but if I ever do, this is where I am coming. I don;t care how much it hurts."

"I had a root canal done a few weeks ago due to a really bad infection, and they got me in very quickly. Root canal went very well and I was in and out of there quickly. Dr. Harrison called me personally a few days after to check in on me. Staff was so nice, and I highly recommend!"

"It’s not worth the pain! Seek treatment elsewhere. My last visit felt like a scene in a horror movie. The dentist was way too aggressive when administering numbing medication. Dr. Harrison held my head down as he aggressively stabbed my gyms with the needle. I immediately screamed because the pain was so unbearable - then he pushed harder until I was almost in tears. I’ve had regular visits to the dentist my whole life (thankfully with a different dentist), and I’ve never experienced this type of abuse. I believe Dr. Harrison gets offended when patients ask him questions - as if he’s too good to answer patient questions about dental treatment. To retaliate, he caused as much pain as possible while administering the numbing medication. * save yourself the pain. P.S. the dental work was good, however, I would rather spend my $$$ with a more compassionate & relatable dentist. + staff is nice & professional."

"After two weeks of intermittent extreme tooth pain and 3 different dentists telling me different stories, I called Hot Springs Endodontics. They were able to get me in same day and were so professional and efficient. Vanessa verified all my insurance info, was so kind, and her communication was just top notch. I was able to see Dr. Harrison and he knew right away what was wrong and how to treat it. I was able to be treated same day by him Sadie. They were the best! Really chill, professional, knowledgeable, and so nice. I have been to a few different dentist due to moving around and this is the best experience I have ever had. My root canal was quick, fairly painless, and they knew how to accommodate my pregnancy. Hot Springs Endodontics is awesome and I won’t go anywhere else.
