"Lady with pink hair acted like she had better things to do than help. She acted like we were a inconvenience. I have taken my mom to multiple Sally’s in Arkansas and this one was the only one we been to that treated her this way."

"I came in their store and bought some Donna Bella hair extensions! I was so excited to get them home when I got them home they are super thin they would not blend with my hair I mean there was no hair on them at all. I went back and told them that the box must be defective or something because I bought this hair before and it's never been like that and I went back the exact same day they told me that that was exactly how the hair was supposed to look I said well can I look in another box to show you they said no that they couldn't take the hair out of the plastic well if you can't take the hair out of the plastic then how in the world would you know how they're supposed to look. When I bought them I literally came back that exact same day they did not tell me that their policy that they could not return hair and I understand that but the point was this hair was unacceptable so I contacted the company Donna Bella hair extensions and literally four days they shipped me a brand new box and they are absolutely perfect so therefore the hair is not supposed to look like that as i already knew that I just thought the whole thing was ridiculous I spent $138 on them and was literally back in like 15 minutes no help at alll"

"When I visited Sally's last week the employees we're so helpful and informed me of all the things of the products I wanted to use. They were cordial even open the door as I was going out I was using my Walker so it helped me immensely for the employee to offer so kindly to help me out of the store.
