"I’ve used this place a few times and never had a bad experience up until here recently when I missed a morning nail apt because we had a family member pass away the night before and I wasn’t even thinking of the nail apt as we were dealing with a death in the family, I received a text from them telling me how rude and disrespectful I was that I’ll never be able to make an apt with them again!! How rude is that for you to be so hateful? I’m sure I would’ve remembered and apologized later that day but getting my nails done was less of my worries that morning! Shame on y’all for such disrespect"

"My daughter goes there regularly and the owner did her nails today and they were horrible with gunked up acrylic under the nails, & polish that did not even go to the tops. When she went back in to get them fixed (right after walking out), they told her it would be $20. After I spoke with them on the phone, they said they would fix them for no charge so she went right back in and they said they did not have time to take care of her. That was the owner. She just lost five regular clients. Horrible people to take a hard working young girls money with no remorse. She was crying and they just brushed her aside."

"I called at 1:03 to see if they had anything open. Was told I could come in at 2:00. They sent a text saying what my appointment was for and they only accept cash or check. Again I called at 1:03 it wasn’t even 1:30 I had a missed call from angel nails. Then I received a text saying they had to cancel my appointment. I called and wanted to know why it was canceled. Was told we tried to get a hold of you to confirm your appointment, you didn’t answer so we canceled it. I said I just called and made the appointment less than 30 mins ago. So instead of explaining this further to me he hung up on me. So professional guys good job. An to think I actually recommended y’all to people all the time. I won’t anymore!!!"
