"I worked for Taber for just under 11 years. The company overall is pretty good. The employees on the floor and the supervisors are excellent. This is a decent place to gain good experience in multiple areas of manufacturing and quality. The floor work is hot, dirty and some overtime. The work/life balance isn't the greatest, but that's pretty normal for manufacturing across the board. Overall, my experience with Taber was positive. I was lucky enough to have some great managers and supervisors to work for and with. It was a great stepping stone, and it helped me get to a better position with a better company."
