"I was hesitant to consider orthodontist therapy since I am in my mid-seventies, but I have had issues with my teeth shifting out of alignment. I had been referred by my dentist and thought I would just make an appointment for a consult and probably wouldn’t go any further. However, I was blown away by the technology utilized and the expertise of Dr. Vondran and the professionalism of his assistant, Angie Tatum. I had numerous concerns which were all addressed during the consult and decided to complete a contract and schedule an appointment for my Invisalign fitting."

"The office employees are very kind and accommodating. The office is clean and well done. (Which is the only reasoning for more than one star)However, a patient privacy is non-existent and quality care is minimal. I’ve had a very poor experience here despite the kindness, my patient care and purpose of office use was terrible. What should have taken 12-18months is going to take 3 yrs to complete because half way through my treatment my plan was reversed bc no one took the time to look at my chart and see my original plan, and my plan and progress was reversed. I unknowingly spent a year undoing what i had accomplished for the first year. Now that it has been found (2 yrs after beginning) I am having to go back and do another year of treatment to get back to my original plan. The team is kind, but there is no consistency, or individual care. You are a number/a chair. And you are lost in the shuffle. I wish kindness got the job done then they would get 5stars, but i did not pay thousands of dollars for kindness, and definitely not for 3 yrs of my time."

"First of all I'm not a Bot ! I'm a patient. Yes people at his office seem nice but when his daughter post with a black face, it's very offensive! That made me doubt about the sincerity of these nice people. Instead of just apologize, he justified his daughter actions by saying that she didn't know the meaning/gravity of her actions. REALLY?? GET OUT OF HERE!!"

"Be wary of all of the 1 star reviews as they were all suddenly posted 3-5 days ago. I think they are bots because this place is filled with some of the nicest customer service I have ever seen at a dentist. All of the employees, especially Dr. Vondran, are incredibly kind and professional. Totally recommend this place to anyone."

"Wonderful caring doctor. Always look forward to seeing the staff. Appointments are easy and someone is available to help with questions and insurance 5 days a week. The doctor is available to patients at any time and even gave us his cell phone number. If you get a consult you will always choose this office. Zero% interest in house financing was easy. I highly recommend you meet this wonderful staff and doctor."
