"Update: I ended up with an infection in 2 of my finger nails from getting my nails done here and in response to her comment to my review, I did try and text her, as well as three phone calls and an email to the link from the digital receipt that was sent to me. Also, french tips are not suppose to be painted on. I have never gotten a french tip manicure from any place where I have seen them paint the tips white. They have always just used the nail and then the appropriate acrylic. I went to her to get my nails done and I was very clear about what I wanted. I wanted white French tip. What I ACTUALLY got was tops that were painted white and to make matters worse, the painted white tips aren’t even, the thickness of the nails aren’t even, this is the WORST mail job I have ever had. She also gave herself a $5.00 tip and labeled it as add ons. I didn’t get any add ons. I attempted to reach out to her and still haven’t heard anything back so today I will be disputing these charges and then going to a more professional place in fort smith and having my nails redone before we leave for vacation. Pictures are attached to the review. Please do not go to this person. All of the positive reviews are her friends and family."
