"I was there yesterday, I walked in and signed in. The wait was short and now I know why. I have been going there off and on for 7 years. Last year a lady named Nikki almost glued my eyes shut while doing my lashes and yesterday the owner ruined my eye brows! This was the day before a big trip on my 4th Anniversary! I walked in with a full and ample brow and walked out with 2 different, pencil like brows!! I have had my brows threaded numerous times and never felt this kind of pain! OMG! I even showed her a picture from her own salon wall of what I wanted! I used to see a great lady named Paula thereThat is no longer the case. Mrs. Paula found something better and left behind a bunch of no skilled hacks!!!!. I have no idea how this place is still open! I am 50 years old and have only given 2 bad reviews including this one! I will never go back and I'm posting this as a warning to anyone is is considering wasting their money there! Go to Ulta in the pavilion for brows and to Trams on Greenwood for your lashes if you don't want to spend the next 2 months growing your brows back or if you need to see to drive home! Wow! They really are horrible and that's a nice way of putting it! They should be ashamed of themselves! I couldn't post this without a star rating that is why I even gave them 1 star! I would post a picture of their handy work but I'm to embarrassed!!!"

"I completely understand that things happen, and in the grand scheme of problems this is minute, but you need to think of customers first. The technician wasn't available for my lash appointment that I booked two weeks in advance. To make the appointment she made me follow-up with my regular person to get information about my lashes and follow-up with her. No problem – I did and sent the information to her. I never heard back from her, but was confident all was well because I had booked an appointment weeks in advance. I arrived for my appointment and sat in the lobby while someone from the Bonita Brow Bar worked on someone else and another employee giggled in the back while listening to social media on her phone – no one acknowledged I was there. I sat there for over 15 minutes waiting for my appointment. I finally asked if the technician was here for my appointment and was informed that she was not – you could visibly see the employee quickly thinking of an excuse as to why. She acknowledged and apologized that no one reached out to me, but my time has already been wasted. I did what was asked of me, was accommodating, prepared, and punctual. If someone doesn't show up for work, for any reason, regardless you need to call appointments and cancel/reschedule. It's just poor customer service. Again, completely acknowledge that in the realm of problems this is minimal, but customer service is severely lacking."
