"Today as I checked in to my family appointments I was blindsided with a $600+ balance and notified that my insurance had not been paying claims. First of all, this was the only notification that a balance was due and its showing 90+ days past due. I never received a call or letter regarding any balance due. Second, I then spent over an hour with my insurance company researching claims and follow ups on Dardanelle Family Dentistry, only to find out this office has NOT submitted claims to my insurance for my family’s past two visits. (over a year now). Needless to say, I’m extremely disappointed with every aspect of this situation and how it’s been handled with Dardanelle Family Dentistry."

"I have been looking for a dentist that will accept our dental insurance. It’s been hard to find one, but I finally did. When I called, the lady who answered the phone was very friendly and very good to get my children in as soon as possible for cleanings. I was happy with all of that and very hopeful that it would be a great experience. I thought I had lucked out. We get to the day of, and although we didn’t have a long wait, the dental hygienist was not very personable with me or my kids. She seemed to be trying to get through it as quickly as possible like she didn’t want to be there- or like we were an inconvenience. She was training another young lady, and as she was explaining things, she made some remarks that seemed rude toward my kids. I also noticed that she was not good at keeping things sterile like dentist offices are supposed to do. She pulled one of her tools out of her pocket!! I also told her about one of my daughter’s teeth that had been bothering her. She didn’t say anything about that or try to be helpful at all. She was not impressive, in my opinion. Once we we were done, we went to the front to make an appointment for 6 months- which I won’t be going back for. My kids noticed a chest for kids to get a little something out of. They had to ask to get something, and even then, the receptionist was very passive. It’s like they don’t know how to deal with people. The whole mood there was strange, and I was highly unsatisfied and will not be taking my kids back or be going myself. I read all the great reviews and thought I had found a great place finally, but it’s like I stepped into a whole different place or something. Very very different experience for me and my kids. I will be looking for a different dentist for my family as I will not be going back here."
