"Beautiful building. Incredibly clean. Staff was very friendly. Sarai did my makeup as a trial for my wedding, and the work was beautiful. I was so excited to be pampered on my wedding day and paid her very reasonable deposit. However, she never reached out to me after that to ask about the time and place of my wedding. Three days before my wedding I reached out to let her know we would no longer be needing her services for this reason, and she then blocked me on all platforms. I would have loved to use her as an artist in the future or recommend her to others before this display of unprofessionalism."
