"The Sherwin-Williams Store in Van Buren AR is a great place to buy your paint because the clerks make sure you are taken care of immediately. No standing any waiting."

"Drove from another Sherwin Williams store to pick up paint the SW store confirmed, via phone call, was available at the Van Buren location. Upon my arrival, I was informed the paint is NOT available as it was set aside for another customer. No resolution to obtain what I needed, just an apolo-lie--with the word "Sorry." (ARE YOU KIDDING ME). When I left the store, it was apparent I was not pleased. Within 10 minutes of my departure the store manager phoned and offered a resolution; another 10 minutes later I received a call from the regional manager who offered an apology and resolution for my inconvenience. Overall I am extremely pleased with how the conflict was resolved, SW obtained the paint and delivered it (so I was not further inconvenienced)... I deducted one star cause I'm old (anxiety/stress is not good for me) and the issue could have been initially handled better."
