"Drove to their location yesterday, 2 hours and 45 minutes one way, from De Queen AR. and talked with the very nice front counter girl. She showed me a sample of what I was looking for and I made a purchase on a bundle of wood. Once the transaction was complete she told me to pull around the side of the building and Jeremy would be right over to load us up. When I pulled around the side there was one gentleman in front of me who had been waiting. We then waited, and waited, and waited some more. No one came out to help load us, or even show us where the bundles were; I would have hand loaded my trailer. I gave it 45 minutes and then went back to the office. As I walked up to the door I noticed two guys near the saw, and then three guys standing around about 100' from the saw, just talking. Again, it's been almost an hour and no one was going to help us out or show us our product so we could load it. I received a refund and a "I'm sorry" from the front counter girl and left. Poor Customer service to say the least......They lost a customer that would have done a lot of business with them, but I guess my $440.00 cash wasn't that important to them. They had completely forgot all about me, and the gentleman that was there waiting longer than me. Wasted so much time, gas, wear on my truck.... disappointing!!"

"I purchased a trailer load of their 8" cedar "thirds" for a privacy fence. Product was great and they even re-packed in pallets less than a ton so I could unload easier. Kind of a white knuckle drive to their yard and BE CAREFUL if you are coming from the west...there is a bridge you cannot cross if you are following navigation and it's damn near impossible to turn around once you realize you're stuck. Call for directions if it's your first time but it's worth the trip for the quality and prices. They saved me about $9,000."

"Order boards for my 16 ft trailer 16 footers some 12 inch wide some 8 inchers and 2x4 . All in white oak. Boards were 2 inch thick. They said it take 2 wks they were ready in 4 day for pickup. Excellent service . Boards were banded together and they loaded them on my trailer at pickup. Truly professional !"

"First trip to sell, they were so nice and they stayed late for us. I feel like some of our logs were low balled but overall super good customer service. Even gave us some good tips for how to cut. Second trip, still nice, totally different people. We brought in much larger logs (our largest was 15, we had 3 14 and 2 12s) but were scaled at our largest of 12 with 3 at that size and 2 11s and 5 10s. So definitely scaled down in this trip. (The end I'm referring to is the small end). Its good customer service but the scaling is a little low balled."
