"I asked for a simple French and it was horrible. It looked like a 10 year did my nails. She still asked me to pay even though she knew it didn’t look right. I had to go home and take it off. A waste of money. The least they could’ve done was make it right and not charge for a bad job. Thanks for the disappointment. I’ll never come back here again."
"They have expanded their service area and upgraded significantly since my last visit. Always excellent service and quality work. Very friendly staff. I haven't been there in over 10 years and the woman in charge remembered me. I'll be going back there next time."
"I’ve been using this salon for probably two years now. I’m usually very happy with what I get and tell everyone I love coming here. I’ve even written a good review before. The other day I had my first bad experience. I got a pedicure and a full set. The pedicure was not the quality that it usually is and felt rushed. The staff who did it told me she had to charge an extra $5 to take the gel polish off my toes with a dremel but I have never had to pay an extra $5 before and it’s always come off with acetone in the past so that was odd. As for my nails, I asked for short-medium length stiletto nails. The staff member (different person from who did my pedicure) first did a rounded almond shape and I had to ask twice more for her to make them pointier and less almond and they still didn’t come out as sharp as I like. I’m more upset about how uneven it looks. They’re not all the same shape, some are different lengths, some of the tips are nit centered, the gel application is messy in some spots, and some don’t cover my nail completely. I know i can be a bit of a perfectionist but this isn’t the normal quality I receive from this salon. I hope my pictures do it justice. To make it a little more disappointing, she hit skin on three of my fingers with the dremel and made two of them bleed. To top it off I was charged $80 which is more than I was expecting for a basic pedicure (with polish, not gel) and a short full set. I usually leave feeling excited about my nails but I’m a little disappointed this time. I will probably come back in the future but I will have to go somewhere else later this week to get them fixed."
"This is my usual salon, I normally don’t have problems here. And normally don’t leave reviews. I’m not sure what was going through her head but this isn’t professional. I asked for a different color and instead of removing the original polish she just brushed over the color. Leaving them chunky and uneven. My nails were cut incredibly short and uneven. The tech who did my pedicure did great, but the woman doing my hands didn’t seem to care and just wanted to get it finished as quickly as possible. pretty disappointed."
