Meat Taffy

"Ordered the 1 dozen beef stick bouquet for Valentine’s Day. Good thing I ordered way in advance because they were temporarily out of hot sticks which delayed my delivery (unsure how they were unprepared for that, assuming Valentine’s Day is their busiest holiday for the bouquets...) My bouquet didn’t even come with the full 12 beef sticks. This seems alarming considering they offer a 5 dozen option for the bouquets and they couldn’t even count to 12 correctly. I understand mistakes happen, but I‘ve emailed Meat Taffy multiple times and have had no response in over a month. But don’t worry, they’re still sending me their promotional emails! Glad they’re on top of that instead of dealing with customer service concerns. Took 9 days to get to me in Minneapolis, the city directly next to St. Paul where they’re based out of, so I’d just do the math on that one before ordering..."

"Excellent tasting sticks, the teriyaki flavor is amazing. The company was very nice and got me the product in a timely manner and it was packaged neatly and didn't appear to be thrown in a box like some jerky companies I have ordered from in the past. "I ordered a beef stick bouquet as a gift for my boyfriend. Yes it comes with free shipping, but the free shipping takes forever. It has been 5 business days to send the gift from Minnesota to Texas. When I run the USPS tracking number it says in route, it has said this since day one. The gift will not make it in time for the special occasion, and I will never order again from this place. I contacted them two times trying to get information and I heard nothing back either time. What a joke!!!!"
