"I have been going here my whole life and loved it, but after this last experience, I will not be going back. Had appointments at 11, told them the appointment time we had and what it was for, and we were set down in the pedicure chairs and waited over an hour with no acknowledgment. All the while, multiple people walked in after us and we got up to leave and they jumped to get us to stay. We were told they had to handle appointments first and that we should've said we had appointments, even though we did at the very moment we walked in. My friend was treated VERY poorly by Mary while getting her full set and her eyebrows done. The upper part of her face is very red and swollen now. After this, I am very disappointed with how their customer service has changed over the years, and how rudely they have started treating customers who are not their regulars. If I had not made the appointment, I would've understood, but having been told that I should've made an appointment after I have walked in multiple times and it took 2 hours to get my toes done, I had hoped the service would've been better. Let's not forget the eye rolls whenever we said we were using our gift certificates too. Very poor treatment and will be going elsewhere from here on out."
