"This applies to the store on 71B at Springdale only. We arrived May 31 at 330pm to look for bath and kitchen tile. My husband and I were never acknowledged, greeted or grunted at by any of 5 employees at their desks in the open showroom. Extremely disappointing that in 15 minutes no one looked up. Obvious they are too busy for any new business. So...we drove to Tom January Floors. Family owned. We were greeted at the door and are now ordering all the backsplash & tile we need. Shame on all 5 of you avoiding us. As a salesperson, I would never treat anybody so poorly."
