"Joining Title Lakeville was the best decision I made in 2023 around my health and mental well-being. After my last place closed, I tied a gym but was not motivated, encouraged or accountable. The day I joined Title they made me feel welcome, treated me like I had been a customer for years. I have worked my way back up to 5 times a week and LOVE it. When I miss a class for work travel, I get the joking ribbing “were where you?”, it helps hold me accountable. The trainers are wonderful and super nice, they work with you if there is something you can’t do, they provide alternatives that will achieve the same results.
