"Bikes for bike class and in weight room are constantly broken. Staff doesn't care enough even to put "out of order" signs on them let alone fix the problems. Other equipment is antiquated or broken. The smell of weed in the men's locker room is very strong at times, so much so, no way someone isn't smoking in there. Despite my respectfully raising these issues with on premises staff and YMCA HQ, things continue to deteriorate. Stay away."

"Access for the pool is unreliable and declining; the schedule is inaccurate. The aquatic staff are great when present, but the access isn’t worth what a membership costs if this is your main source of exercise."

"Signed up for membership was quoted a fair price. The next month it jumps $20 more! I call and shes not helpful at all, says "i must of gotten some sort of deal" She doesnt know. Pool is cold and can only swim in 1 lane, if you go over the male lifeguard yells at you. My son is autistic and this guy was so rude to my 11 year old. Not friendly. I thought this was going to be more of a fun family experience but turned into a money hungry scam with bandaids in the water"

"The gym meets a need but for a family membership the value is declining. The leisure pool hours are very minimal. 4-5pm M-Thurs and then open more on Friday, not open on the weekend. Also childcare hours are limited. It’s frustrating to have to go to different YMCA gyms for family amenities when this is the closest to my home."

"This is a review for youth sports specifically. What was once a well run community program has become absolutely terrible. Poor communication, combining ages in a way that makes zero sense, not even letting parents know how to order jerseys for their kids. The actual coaches are great - they are really in a tough spot so this in no way reflects the coaches. The organization and leadership of the leagues is the problem. Hire a new 3rd party to officiate as well, they are pathetic and confrontational with parents. Half of them seem so hungover or high they can't even pay attention to the games."
