"I have consistently chosen Diandra for my waxing services since the beginning, largely influenced by numerous coupons with her name on them. Despite affording her many chances, my experiences have been consistently unsatisfactory. It's disconcerting that, on every visit, she asks if it's my first time, suggesting she doesn't remember me, creating an awkward atmosphere. During my Brazilian waxing sessions, I've noticed that my expectations for a completely hairless result are consistently unmet. While I understand a few stray hairs might be inevitable, the persistent presence of several hairs in certain spots is disappointing. In my most recent session, Diandra's comments about the thickness and toughness of my hair made me feel insecure and uncomfortable. Though I believe her intentions were not malicious, it's difficult to interpret such remarks positively. Even after additional services like upper lip, chin, and armpit waxing, I found hair left behind. Despite Diandra's effort with tweezers, the end result was still far from the impeccable service I expect and pay for. Feeling that I am not receiving value for the cost, I've decided to discontinue using her services. It's important to note that I do like the overall results and will continue going to the establishment, just not to Diandra. I share this review in the hope that others find it helpful in avoiding a similarly mediocre waxing experience."
