I went in to ask a question about an AC return grill that had a broken hinge and I guess the bald guy behind the counter was too busy to speak to me when I walked in, since all he did was sit and stare at me. I must have been a waste of his time. The other guy(dark hair/baseball cap) that came out of the back did courteously answer my question."
