"This location GC has real rude employee. Ever seen at any other locations. Its simple regular haircut side 3 and scissors on top. Hair stylist in glasses made her own version of hair style. When i said this is not what i had before than she got crazy and pulled the apron. Very rude will never go to any great clips again."

"My husband has been growing his hair out for a year after getting out of the military. It was something he was incredibly excited about after having to have a buzz cut for years while in service. He went in for a trim and the woman who serviced him ruined his hair. He has medium hair and she didn’t even section it. She just started chopping away. She cut one side of his hair TWO INCHES shorter than the other side, and then left the back of his hair longer than the sides effectively giving him a lopsided mullet. I had to go in and fix everything she did to his hair myself. I did better than she did and I’m not even a licensed hair dresser, I’ve just been cutting my own hair for years… so like, yikes."

"If there was an option of less than one star, I’d have chosen that. Very rude staff. They were not trying to listen to anything being said, were in hurry throughout. Wouldn’t even give a minute in between haircut to calm my son. None of the staff greeted or smiled at customers. After such bad service the tip options on the machine were 5$, 10$, 15$."

"Had a really bad experience today. The guy checked us in (is the only guy working there with glasses) was not only unfriendly but also messed up my son's hair. I clearly told him #3 on the sides and #4 on the top, not once but twice. Next thing I noticed was he did all 3. We have two functions to go tomorrow and he ruined it. So so unhappy and upset When I told him that he did all #3, instead of admitting, he is telling me that next time I need to go for scissors. Worse Experience."
