"Probably my worst experience at a barber. Barber didn’t take her time and pulled my hair. She sprayed me in the face when wetting my hair because she was busy talking. Then she scraped my skin with the fine trimmers so hard it felt like I was being cut."
"My mom took my 2 little boys to get their haircut and my youngest looks awful. No blending, choppy, had to go back over with clippers on the sides myself because it was so sloppy, had to redo the whole haircut because he looked so bad. My older sons isn’t much better but it’ll do. If my youngest would have cut his hair himself it would’ve come out better than the hack job they did. My mom said the manager was rude also. If I could give negative stars I would. Will never be returning. Will be seeking refund. Will be calling corporate. This is absolutely unacceptable. And the worst part is school starts tomorrow so I couldn’t just take him to get it fixed. Mad is an understatement. But I guess that’s what you get with smart style."
