"Summary: stylist was a no show and service was awful. I made an appointment with one of the stylists and arrived 10 min early. I was greeted when I came in and told which chair I could sit in while I waited. Other than that, no one spoke to me in the 20 min I was there. Not even to inquire about my appointment or that they would find out where my stylist was. While I understand they had customers, it would have been hospitable for them to talk with me and/or resolve the issue. I wasted time and gas not to mention I had to find someone to watch my kids. I looked forward to some relaxing me time only to be disappointed and frustrated."
