"I'm a proud member of lifetime and have been for many years. We know most of the (wonderful!) staff by name. This club is a second home that empowered me to lose 60+ lbs. However, routinely the infrastructure and safety issues need attention. Today, the hot tub stairs were in disarray (crumbling) but the hot tub was still open-- with weights holding down the cones. Over the summer, the outdoor tub was missing tiles and we had to be careful not to scrape our bodies. Lights /sound can be an issue in some of the classes and we've noticed the indoor pool looks worse and worse. That being said, it's the issue of a lack of concern about safety that has us rethinking our membership. We've spoken to the club numerous times about the teenage boys who scream and jeer while they are lifting (and purposefully dropping) weights. In the past 8-10 weeks, those same dudes go to the hot tub, sans pants, (wearing towels IN the water) and flash each other or just sit-- naked in the hot tub. Every time it's happened when we are there, we leave and contact the front desk. It hasn't stopped. We haven't seen anyone monitoring the hot tub, so we've stopped going as much. Tonight it happened again. We contacted the front desk and were told it would be taken care of. This should not keep happening. Everyone deserves to feel safe and I imagine it's a massive health issue. Lifetime needs to commit to higher staffing and booting problem guests."

"My 2 year old daughter is enrolled in swimming lessons with Ms. Kim at the Lakeville location. All the kids are engaged and having fun while learning life saving skills. Each week I see progress in her abilities. As soon as we pull into the parking lot my daughter gets so excited knowing where she is going. I would highly recommend her classes over any other swim program that is out there."

"This was my first time at this Lifetime Fitness. Wow! Huge! Clean! Very friendly staff, cafe, indoor courts, basketball, even a chiropractor. I didn’t see everything but as a Lifetime member I plan on visiting again."

"I really enjoy this lifetime. I’ve been a member for approximately five years and I have been extremely satisfied. There is always ample equipment available and even when the parking lot is full, there doesn’t seem to be as many people in the facility as it looks outside. The benefits to having a membership here are definitely with the outdoor pool. If you have kids, it’s a pleasure on a hot summer day. I rarely see machines out of order and if they are, it’s only a matter of a day or so before the issues are fixed. Also customer service is fantastic here! Highly recommend!"
