"Dropped a Penske truck off at this location and had a horrible experience--in short, got overcharged and was threatened (?) by a manager, and treated like we were idiots the whole time. First, we show up with 3/4 tank of gas, and as there seem to be no good locations for diesel in the area, we checked with them to see how much it would cost to have them fill it up the rest of the way. We were told $12/gallon, which is normal for these things, and were given the location of a Speedway with diesel. So we drove there and had a helluva time fitting the truck into the narrow lot of the station, but in the end we got the diesel, no damage done. Filled the truck up and went back to Reddy Rents. The manager took a look at the truck and told us we hadn't filled it the whole way and charged us $69 for additional gas. I tried to protest but he said it was "all too easy to do" and that these trucks will indicate they're full when they're not *actually* full. We literally came straight from the gas station with a full tank of gas and a meter that read "full," and he looked inside the tank and charged us $69 and wrote it off as us being ignorant of trucks. Second, he looked straight at us and said "I just got a call from a regular who said some guy in a Penske matching your description ran a stop sign and just about T-boned him at an intersection. I reported it." I thought he must be joking but there was no humor there. We drove that Penske through the neighborhood like a grandpa. We didn't run any stop signs. I don't know why he wanted to scare us like that, but it was weirdly aggressive. I informed him we have dashcams and would be happy to offer footage of the intersection in question, at which point he shrugged and dropped the subject. So, if you do end up having to drop off a truck here, I recommend you use a dashcam for insurance purposes. And get ready to pay extra for whatever they figure out to charge you for."

"Great affordable rentals and nice people. Had an emergency clog in my main drain and came here to rent a drain auger. It was last minute during a snow storm so they were just about to close early. I could tell the person just wanted to leave and get home but he let me in to rent one anyway. I think he could have easily said "sorry we are closed" but he didn't. He brought out the machine, showed me how to use it and gave me tips, then helped me load it into my car. Return was quick and painless. Highly recommend this place for tool rental!"

"The staff was polite knowledgeable and quick and the equipment was well maintained. I received a quick and informative demonstration on the proper use of the garden tiller I used. Apparently they learned from the last reviewer and took steps to improve customer service because I was treated well and had no issue with the tiller I rented. I recommend them."
