"for everyone complaining… there is a sign that says “NO REFUNDS”right next to the sign that shows what rides are closed for the day. Many of the rides are not meant for toddlers or kids under the age of 5 (or kids who are very short) and no parents, you cannot get on the little kid rides (except for the train) and give the staff a break it’s not going to sunshine and rainbows everywhere you go, stop expecting smiles and hugs with the staff they are working in the hot sun all day long dealing with entitled parents and sometimes bad behaved kids they are trying their best!! and i have witnessed this a lot do NOTTT ask a employee to operate another ride while they are operating a ride already it’s very very rude.. moral of the story don’t take your anger and problems out on the staff"
"We drove 5 hours to get here and the best rides were shut down. We paid $29 for a wristband and there were barely any rides to go on. Let us know before we drive 5 hours. AND they price gouge water. $3 for a bottle of water is ridiculous. Most of the ride operators dont even look like they want to be there. No smiles or anything. AND we saw a ride operator on her phone while the ride was going. We won’t come back for this again."
"Didn't give refund after 45 minutes with unlimited wristbands, when they closed down for the day. It really broke my sons heart on his seventh birthday when we couldn't find something else to do because we spent all the money we had to go to Como town."
"4yo daughter and I arrived around 11:30AM and she didnt want to leave at 515pm. My only issue is the lack of water fountains (they used to have 2 toward the front of Comotown). It was a really hot day; we spent $9 on water alone despite having reuseable water bottles. The Frog Hopper operator told us that the wagon of water was for guests too but the employee distributing water to workers never offered water to guests..."
"Cute little amusement area attached to the zoo next door. I came by just to ride the roller coaster, but it wasn't operating - and I get the feeling it rarely does. One ticket seller told me it was "under maintenance" but it didn't look like anyone was working on it. I think they just pick out what they want to operate that day..."
