"Lots of equipment to rent, they had some retail stuff for sale as well. Lots of Stihl equipment, nice stuff. The staff was friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the gentlemen in the back doing the heavy lifting. Will be back."

"Took a Stihl weed cutter for a long overdue tune up, etc. The man at the counter, I suspect was the owner, very helpful and made some suggestions. Left us with a good feeling when we were leaving that the work will be complete in a timely manner."

"Not a place to rely on if you are on a schedule. Didn’t have my chainsaw chains sharpened when I was scheduled to return to pick up a stump grinder. Then called me to pick them up when I got 20 minutes away. Their response was, “well now you can come back and get them”. Next day I double checked on the chipper reservation for the next day, made a couple days before. “Well do you have a reservation!?” Turns out no, and they argued with me about it. The place is fine as long as you keep expectations low and don’t have a schedule to keep."

"Picked up a manual sod kicker on a Friday night for a week long rental. Realized on Saturday it was dull after not being able to cut more than a few inches.After busting out a shovel, which worked much better, I was too tired to return the thing until Sunday at 11 am. The woman at the counter seemed to be having a bad day and didn't care that it was dull. She told someone it needed to be sharpened, demanded my credit card and promptly charged me 42 dollars for the weekend rental rate, never once apologizing or offering to reduce the charge, or thanking me for my business. I will gladly drive elsewhere."
