"Would not recommend, we loved this center when it was Prestige and after changing to Everbrook the care and culture significantly changed. Our child would come home with unreported bite marks, multiple potty accidents after being very successful with potty training, at pick up the teacher in the room (who we often didn't know due to the extremely high staff turnover with multiple temp agency staff) would tell us "We didn't know she was potty trained". Staff are not engaged. Communication is poor."
