"I was blown away by the customer service. We needed a last minute, weekend rental of a lift to get a 100lbs air conditioner on top of an RV. I thought it would be fun to get a scissors lift or cherry picker to do the job, but when they heard what we were trying to do they talked us into a better tool of the job. AND the lift they recommended for us saved us over $100 over what the scissors lift was. So props for not only helping us find the right tool to do the job safely, but also helping us save some money. We’ll definitely be back next time we need a rental."
