"Great attorney if you're looking to save money! You call, they tell you it's a 24 hour wait while you go through a conflict check. They then inform you that Ross will be the attorney you work with, and a week later you haven't heard a word. But hey, it's not like I informed them that it was an urgent matter... where is the sarcasm font ****EDIT**** After my original post, Ross did call me and talk to me about my situation. He explained that his caseload was excessively busy and that was the reason for the delay. I am fortunate that my situation was urgent but not emergency. Ross did discuss my situation with me and gave me advice on the best direction to go and I am going to update my review from 1 star to 4, based on the willingness he had to focus on my situation and the rapid nature of his communication.
